Liquid Fall Retreat

One of the best ways for students to make new friends and connect with adult leaders is to get out of town. Our time away will include games, adventure activities, worship, teaching, small group time, and so much more. Retreats are an invaluable experience for students and we can't wait to enjoy the retreat with all of you.

Weekend Details

Meet at Cherry Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 24. We are traveling in Douglas County School buses to Horn Creek.

Each morning and evening, students will join together at club time for games, worship, and teaching. After club, cabins meet to dig deeper into the scripture and thoughts presented by the speaker. Saturday is full of activity, including various planned options as well as free time.

The friendly Westcliffe staff provides fantastic sit down meals. We will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

We will return to Cherry Hills at 3:30p.m. on Sunday, October 26.

Registration

The cost is $139 for the first family member and $125 for each additional family member. The registration deadline is October 16, 2008.

Once registered, you will receive a letter via email with all of the details for the weekend (what to bring, emergency contact numbers, etc.).

Your registration cost includes:

• Transportation to and from Horn Creek
• Two nights' lodging
• Linens
• Meals on Saturday and Sunday
• At least one adult to every 8 students

Not included:

• Fall Retreat t-shirt ($12)
• Frisbee rental ($1)
• Bowling ($3)

Liquid Student Ministry Refund Policy

$50.00 of your retreat registration fee is a non-refundable deposit. Prior to October 10, the remainder of your registration is refundable. No refunds will be given after October 10.
